Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellations and missed appointments are recorded in our booking system. 

If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the service missed. This will need to be paid in full before we can re-book you. 

If you miss an appointment without giving notice, That will require full payment for the services you missed before scheduling your next service.

Salon Etiquette

 

What is Salon Etiquette?

Salon etiquette is a customary code of polite behaviors demonstrated in the salon. Including communications inside and outside of the salon building. 

What are the suggested etiquette guidelines to ensure I have the best appointment experience?

1. Please arrive on time. If you are going to be over 15 minutes late, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment. See our cancelation policy for more details.

2. Preparation & Expectations. If you have a certain style or color in mind, please bring photos along to discuss with your stylist. Please be prepared that some things might not work with your type of hair. Your stylist will be able to offer advice and help you decide on the best options that will suit you. We want you to be happy and comfortable with your new hair.

3. Speak up. At House of Frizz, we want the best experience possible for our clients and we would hate for you to feel unhappy with your service or style. If your stylist is doing something that you don’t like, we encourage you to speak up and politely explain your feelings to them. 

4. Payment terms. We accept cash or credit card only, apologies for any inconvenience. We do not provide invoices and all services or products rendered have to be paid in full by end of your service.

5. Are kids allowed in the salon? Absolutely! We at House of Frizz love and adore children! But we ask if the child is not getting a service done that they stay with another adult so you can have the best possible experience.
